SEED PRODUCTION & HARVESTING LAUNCH
Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management Moses Kuria has officially launched the harvesting of 6,000 acres as an intervention for agriculture at ADC Sabwani, Trans Nzoia County.
The event which was dubbed, ” vuna mahindi chunga mbegu” seeks to ensure that no seed goes to waste as farmers harvest their maize crops in North Rift region and other areas within the country.
Growers training awards and recognition for the best seed performers in the last season from Uasin- Gishu & Nakuru Counties in Eldoret town.
Launch of Kenya Seed Hybrid Maize seed varieties for West Pokot County led by H.E Governor Hon Simon Kacahpin accompanied by Nandi Senator Hon Samson Cherargei.
