
Mr. Fred K. Oloibe is the Managing Director. He is a Fellow on Seed Policy from the University of California, Davis US and a qualified seed sampler under the Association of Official Seed Analysts (AOSA) and International Seed Testing Association (ISTA). He is also a lead auditor for the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015.
Mr. Oloibe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and a Bachelor of Science Degree (Mathematics) from the University of Nairobi (UoN). He joined Kenya Seed on 1st October 2012 as a Planning and Strategy Manager. From 1st April 2020 to 31st October 2021, he was the acting (Ag.) Managing Director of the company. Previously, he worked in the cement industry with experience in Strategy, Performance Management, Corporate Planning and he is a full member of the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM).
Mr. Fred Oloibe

He holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Open University of Tanzania, BA degree in Business Administration from Coventry University, United Kingdom and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. He is a member of the Governing Council of the Institute of Human Resource (IHRM).
Mr. Stephen Malakwen

He holds a BSC degree from University of Nairobi. He joined the Company in 1991 and has nearly 25 years of hands on experience in seed Business Management and Quality Management Systems.
Mr. Hosea Sirma

She holds a diploma in Agriculture from Egerton University and BBA (Marketing) from Kenya Methodist University. She joined the company in 1989 as Computer Operator at Elgon Downs Farm and has held various positions in the company namely Production officer (1992-2006), Deputy Manager Pastures and Sunflower (2006-2010).
Mrs. Joyce Aleyo Agufana

He holds a Master of Science in Procurement and Logistics from JKUAT, Bachelor of Commerce (Procurement & Supply Chain management) from University of Nairobi, Diploma in Procurement & Supply Management (CIPS), Diploma in Sales and Marketing from Technical University of Kenya. He is Member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
Mr. Bethuel B. Chemitei

He is responsible for the preparation of strategic and operational plans for the ICT and ensures ICT systems comply with regulatory and legal requirements. He has over 20 years’ experience in the implementation and maintenance of technology infrastructure. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree (Maths/Computer Science) from Kenyatta University.
Mr. Philip Chemwetich

She has over 10 years’ work experience both as a practicing advocate and an in-house counsel having worked with Kitiwa & Co., Nyaundi, Tuiyot & Co. and Moi University. She holds LLB degree from Moi University and postgraduate diploma in Law (KSL), Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of London She is a CS (K) holder.
M/S. Wilkister Simiyu

He holds a Diploma in Public Administration from Moi University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Kisii University. He started his career in 1982 at Kenya Posts and Telecommunications until 1998 when he joined Kenya Seed Company as a Security officer.
Mr. Thomas Kiptoch Mukung’

She has over 20 year’s work experience in Communication Management and teaching. She holds a Masters of Arts in Journalism studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK. She has worked in the religious sector (Anglican Church of Kenya), the non-governmental sector at Eastern African Sub Regional Support Initiative for the Advancement of Women (EASSI) and International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI).
