Mr. Chepsiror Kiplagat Sammy is the Managing Director. He has over 25 years of experience in strategic Marketing, Sales, Operations, Banking, and Customer Service management. He holds an MBA in Strategic Management, a Master of Management and Leadership, a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing), and a Diploma in Management & Development. He is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK). He joined the Company in 2006 as Sales and Marketing Manager in Simlaw Seeds Company. He previously worked in the banking sector. He is the Branch Chair of Trans Nzoia County at the Agricultural Society of Kenya ASK).

Mr. Joseph Kamau is theĀ Head of Research andĀ Development. He joined the Company in 2007 as a Maize breeder. He had previously worked as an Agricultural officer with the Ministry of Agriculture and as a Research Officer at KALRO. He is spearheading research in the company. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Plant Breeding from University of Nairobi B.Sc in Agriculture from the University of Nairobi, Certificate in Maize improvement from CIMMYT, Kenya. He has developed and released several maize varieties of like H 529.H 533. H 534 and H535. He is aĀ member of theĀ Plant Breedersā Association of Kenya.

Mr Richard Tormoi is the Ag Senior Principal Security Officer. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Political Science from Kisii University, a Diploma in Public Administration from Moi University with a Senior Management course from Kenya School of Government (KSG), Climate Change Adaptation and Green Growth from MASHAV Agricultural Training Centre(MATC) TelAviv Israel, Member of Jerusalem Pilgrimage Society Israel, Leadership and Development, The Humanitarian Peace Support-ICS01 from Kenya School of Leadership(KESAL), Graduate Cadet Officer from National Police College Embakasi āAā campus. He is a Certified Professional Mediator (CPM), and a Certified Member of the Protective Security Association of Kenya (PROSAK).
He has over 19 years in the Security and Public Sector in leadership and management having worked with the National Youth Service, National Police Service, and Advisor/Assistant to the Cabinet Secretary Ministry of Agriculture and Senior Security Officer at Simlaw Seeds. He is a team leader in the security of company assets, Resources, and processes with the main agenda of protecting the seed integrity complementary to the companyās plan to ensure food security in Kenya, Africa, and beyond.

She has over 20 year’s work experience in Communication Management and teaching. She holds a Masters of Arts in Journalism studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff, UK. She has worked in the religious sector (Anglican Church of Kenya), the non-governmental sector at Eastern African Sub Regional Support Initiative for the Advancement of Women (EASSI) and International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI).

Ā Patrick Thuo is the General Manager Kibo Seed. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masterās in Business Administration degrees from the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the Kenya Institute of Management (KIM), a graduate of Advanced Management Programme (Strathmore IESE Business School, Barcelona Spain) and a Certified Public Secretaries (CPS) finalist. He has over 20 years managerial and leadership experience from key sectors of the economy including banking, public and private organizations having worked with Coca-Cola, Citibank and United Bank for Africa (UBA). CPA Thuo has also served in the management committee of Kitale Club and joined Kenya Seed in November 2011.
